Return Policy
Please contact us at store@multitool.org prior to returning any items. The cost for items to be returned are the responsibility of the customer and a restocking fee may apply should other arrangements not be made prior to items being returned.
If you are unhappy with your factory made purchase, please return it to us in its original, new and unused condition within 60 days (custom and modified items must be returned within 14 days) of receipt, and include the manufacturer's packaging. We will issue a full refund for the purchase price (less any shipping fees and/or promotional discounts) as either a refund into your PayPal account. Any items returned not in new or unused condition will have a percentage based on usage deducted from any refunds. We will not accept returns with shipping labels attached directly to product packaging.
Exceptions include:
Custom and modified (semi custom) products. The custom and modified items are hard to get and purchasers will incur a 5% restocking fee upon return. They must be returned within 14 days and the items must be in absolutely new condition.
We don't offer products on an "on approval" basis and if a customer continually returns products we have no choice but to charge a 5% restocking fee to offset our processing costs. The determination of which customer is a frequent returner will be made by The Multitool.org Store staff.
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If your product proves to be defective or you have used a product for a while and have warranty issues with the manufacturer, we will be happy to help you contact the manufacturer. Please contact us at store@multitool.org with any concerns or questions you may have.
If we have shipped the incorrect item to you, please contact us at store@multitool.org and we will instruct you as to how to ship the item back.
